Structuring Complex Product Options for Real-Time Sales Conversations

I redesigned the way we exposed product variants in one of Home Depot’s sales platforms. By modeling objects, attributes, and states upfront, my design supported a non-linear workflow for sales associates that helped them focus on the sale, not the system.
